Penny Loya, NP
(Nurse Practitioner)
Mrs. Loya is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience and has worked in urgent care, and private practice. She was once the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) of an inpatient psychiatric facility in South Carolina. She spent 7 years teaching in an associate nursing degree program and was the assistant Dean of Nursing.
Dr. Chhotani Nida
(Medical Doctor)
Dr. Chhotani specializes in outpatient family medicine, women’s health, obstetrics, and urgent care. With certifications including DOT (valid through 2027) and board certification since 2015, she brings a broad scope of experience to the clinic. She is also certified by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (2011) and is skilled in performing various in-clinic procedures.

Dr. Adkins is the Founder & CEO of Enlightenment Health and Wealth. She is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with a focus on lifestyle health coaching for women. She holds certifications in Internal Medicine (since 2009) and Lifestyle Medicine ( since 2022 ). She also completed a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition in 2022, supporting her holistic approach to patient care.

Elaine is a board-certified Adult Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over nine years of advanced practice experience and a nursing career spanning back to 1997, starting her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). She holds a Master’s in Nursing from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s from South University. Her background includes hospitalist work, hospice, palliative care, and wound care.
